Have you wanted to improve your lower leg postion and did not know what to do? Now you can try these exercises that have been tested on 1000′s of riders. One of the weakest areas for most riders is keeping their weight the foot of their weaker leg. In this mini clinic you will see Ale and Lisa trying to keep the weight of their left seat bone over their left foot. Not an easy task when you first try it! Now you can see Ale on Chapa and Lisa on Sailor as they work on improving their lower leg position, and learn the basics of how to position the horse for circles at the walk trot and canter. This is our first time focusing on the trot canter transitions. You will notice that Lisa’s horse Sailor has some old training issues that we need to work with. (this horse can really buck!!) This is one of our first videos. I am learning how to teach and film which will explain the camera going all over the place.
